The farmhouse on Abney Road

Cathy and Jan spent two years planning Dough Rollers and working through the permits, inspections and building work needed to open the certified commercial kitchen.

Everything is mixed, rolled, baked and packaged in the farmhouse. The batches are small, and the menu changes with the week.

Ingredients come from the property too, including produce from the raised beds and berry canes. Flowers are also available at the store.

Cathy and Jan

Cathy and Jan run Dough Rollers together. The Cottage Bakery Store carries their baking, preserves and flowers alongside work from other local makers.

“The people are what makes our business exciting.”
